Qualifications of Applicants

 

  1. Must be a Filipino.

  2. Must be a high school graduate.

  3. Must have grades of 85% in Science, Mathematics, English, Filipino, and Araling Panlipunan, and a General Weighted average of at least 85% (Second Grading Period as the basis)

  4. Must have an annual family income of not more than 120,000.00php

  5. Must be of good moral character.

  6. Must pass the qualifying examination and interview.

  7. Must be the only scholar in the famili during the entire scholarship period.

  8. Must be an incoming freshman.

Basic Requirements

 

  1. Two (2) pieces 2x2 photo with name.

  2. Photocopy of Birth / Baptismal certificate.

  3. Photocopy of Form 137

  4. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school

  5. Latest Income Tax Return / Certificate of Indigence from the Barangay

  6. Certificate of Residency from the Barangay
